What is the delivery period of my order?

When you have placed your order before 8 pm your item(s) will be handed over to Post NL or DPD that same day. This means that under normal circumstances, you can expect your delivery within the Netherlands the next day. For orders to Germany and Belgium you must allow an extra day. The day we hand over your order, you will receive an email with the Track & Trace data with which you can see the trajectory. 

Where can I enter my discount code / voucher?

You can enter your discount code when you click on the view button. Here you get the option; choose if you have a discount code or reward points you want to use.

Do I pay mailingcosts?

We charge different rates for shipping for each country. In the overview below, you can determine the shipping costs for your situation.
With orders over the indicated amounts you pay no shipping fee.

How do I pay?

Once you have placed your order, you can choose to pay by iDEAL, American Express, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal.

Is your website secure?

Your payment will be lead to the internet till by a secure line (SSL). The internet till will progress the transaction. At the bottom of your screen you can see a lock, which shows that the data is being sent encrypted, by a secure connection. As soon as the internet till has received your payment, Berry de Mey Nutrition will get your order ready.

What is iDEAL?

Ideal is a method to pay through your own home banking system.


Ideal lets you make your payments from your own, familiar internet banking environment, using the specific security methods of your own bank. 

Do I get a confirmation of my order?

You will receive the confirmation of your order by email. It is therefore very important that you give us your email address correctly. In this confirmation we validate your order and confirm your payment, it is therefore also your receipt! Keep it safe on your computer or print it.

Can I return/trade back my order?

When the item(s) do not meet your expectations, you need to return your order within 14 workdays of the delivery date. Contact us by telephone or send an e-mail to to get the required information for your return. Costs and risk of the return are on your own account. Check for the current rates.

Once we have received and checked the return order, we will pay the refund on your bank- or credit card account. We will only refund the full purchase price if the item(s) reach us in the same state as in which we have dispatched it. The items(s) should be unused and the casing needs to be unopened and undamaged.

When you only return a part of your order (that would be an order of more items) and you have paid by credit card, please fill in your bank account information on the return form. Unfortunately, we cannot refund part payments to credit card companies and will have to pay the refund to your bank account.

We will under no circumstances accept prepaid or cash-on-delivery parcels.
